MCG Drilling Services, part of the MCG Group, are currently operating at sites in the Bowen Basin, 1.5 hours from Rockhampton. These operations include drilling for a large resource exploration company with activities throughout North Queensland.

MCG Drilling Services is looking to employ Drilling Offsiders to join the team with a start date in April 2010. The roles will be FIFO or Local Based DIDO areas or the Bowen Basin area on a 14 / 7 roster and will report to the Driller(based on site). The ideal candidates for these roles will have a HR license and previous experience as a Drilling Offsider. Experience in open hole, reverse-circulation and diamond drilling (HQ Triple Tube) methods is also desirable.
