| MCG Drilling Services, part of the MCG Group, are currently operating at sites in the Bowen Basin, 1.5 hours from Rockhampton. These operations include drilling for a large resource exploration company with activities throughout North Queensland. MCG Drilling Services is committed to growing the company whilst ensuring operator and equipment safety standards are met without fail, providing employees with excellent modern equipment and an enjoyable work environment. MCG Drilling Services is looking to employ Drilling Offsiders to join the team with a start date in April 2010. The roles will be FIFO or Local Based DIDO areas or the Bowen Basin area on a 14 / 7 roster and will report to the Driller(based on site). The ideal candidates for these roles will have a HR license and previous experience as a Drilling Offsider. Experience in open hole, reverse-circulation and diamond drilling (HQ Triple Tube) methods is also desirable.
